The successful candidate for the position Senior Lecturer in the Department Mercantile and Labour Law will be responsible for the following key responsibility areas:
Lecture at undergraduate and postgraduate levels within the field of Labour Law
Undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
Community engagement and outreach
Curriculum development and assessment
LLD or equivalent preferably in the field labour law
Teaching experience, preferably in the field of labour law
A record of quality peer reviewed publications
A record of successful supervision
The following will be advantageous for a candidate seeking appointment:
A professional qualification as Attorney / Advocate of the High Court
Practical experience in the field of labour law
