The aim of this research project is to examine whether different challenges such as internationalisation/mondialiasation, digitalisation of the economy and crisis such as that of the current pandemic or the environmental have had an impact on the national legal models world wide.
For this reason we have invited 20 widely recognized scholars from all over the world to discuss on this subject on line.
The results of this research will be edited in a single volume (Larcier Editions) in September 2021.
