It is a joint seminar organised by the Universities of Amsterdam and Carlos III-Madrid and funded by the Jean Monnet program of the European Commission. There is no registration fee to attend the seminar but that there is a limited number of available places. A diploma stating the participation will be issued by the organising institutions.
