The Department of Law is pleased to announce the conference ‘The future of the EU Social Market Economy', which will take place on Friday March, 24th 2017.
This event marks the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, and focuses on different strands of EU market regulation.

Speakers include: Prof. Bruno De Witte (EUI – Maastricht University), Prof. Michael Doherty (Maynooth University), Prof. Christopher Bovis (University of Hull), Dr. J. Jorge Piernas Lopez (University of Murcia), Dr. Caterina Sganga (Central European University Budapest), Dr. Lucia Busatta (University of Padua)

The event will be chaired by Mr Justice John MacMenamin (Judge of the Irish Supreme Court)
The conference will be convened by Prof. Michael Doherty and Dr Delia Ferri, and a full programme will be available soon on website.
