Issue 2/2023 of the HSI Report on European Labour and Social Security Law has now been published. It presents an overview of the current proceedings and the new judgments before the CJEU and the ECtHR. The report covers the period from April to June 2023.

On this occasion, and because it fits very well thematically, we would like to invite you to an event on 21 March 2024. In addition to publishing the report, we will be organising a European Labour Law Workshop in spring in cooperation with the Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in Trier (IAAEU). The topic is "Platform Work - between Precarity and Flexibility".

You can register until 7 March. The event in Frankfurt am Main will be in English and in person.
