Thought and organised as a collaboration of Lund University together with Luxembourg University , this online seminar will be held on Friday 11 December, h 15.00 - 17.00 (Central European Time).

During this seminar, a group of outstanding scholars will provide analysis and insights on the most relevant aspects of the draft directive - its purpose, legal basis and contents - as well as on its potential impact in different Member States.

The presentations and the round-table will be followed by an open discussion with Q&As.
