On behalf of ADAPT , the coordinator of the *BROADVOICE
research project* , I am pleased to share with you a call for abstracts for the upcoming conference, *Advancing Industry 5.0: Building Skills, Enhancing Employee Voice and Driving Workplace Innovation*. This event is scheduled to take place on *16th and 17th June 2025* *at the Irish College in Leuven, Belgium.*

In association with EUWIN , the BRIDGES 5.0 , BROADVOICE, and SEISMEC
projects, *the Organising Team invites researchers, practitioners, and thought leaders to contribute insights and findings on key themes shaping
the future of work. We encourage submissions under the following tracks*:

- *Track 1:* Employee Participation and the Transition to Industry 5.0
- *Track 2:* Developing Skills and Creating Learning Organisations for
Industry 5.0
- *Track 3:* Strengthening Employee Voice at the Workplace
