I would like to provide an update on the situation in Thailand, as many
have expressed concerns about the recent earthquake. While this was one of
the first times Bangkok has experienced an earthquake, the epicenter was in
Myanmar, and we were not severely affected.

One high-rise building under construction collapsed, resulting in the
tragic loss of dozens of workers. However, beyond that, the overall damage
was minimal, and we have resumed normal operations since Monday. We
sincerely appreciate all of you who reached out with concern and support.

I would like to reassure you that this earthquake has no impact on our LLRN
7 Bangkok conference, and we look forward to welcoming you to Bangkok this
summer.

As a quick reminder, for those who have not yet registered, please complete
your registration and payment by *May 15* to avoid higher late registration
fees.

Regarding full paper submissions, it will be circulated among participants
of this conference only, and there are no specific requirements in terms of
format or word limit.
