New book: Performance Appraisal in Modern Employment Relations. An interdisciplinary approach

Performance Appraisal in Modern Employment Relations. An interdisciplinary approach (edited by Tindara Addabbo, Edoardo Ales, Ylenia Curzi, Tommaso Fabbri, Olga Rymkevich and Iacopo Senatori) has just been published with Palgrave MacMillan.
Contributing to the debate on work performance evaluation in a time of technological transformation, this book explores the impact of digitisation on production and organisation models, as well as on the rights and interests of the stakeholders involved. The book takes an interdisciplinary approach, bringing together contributions from labour law, organisation studies, human resource management, sociology and labour economics. Earlier versions of those contributions have been presented in the 16th International Conference in Commemoration of Prof Marco Biagi, Assessing Workers’ Performance in a Changing Technological and Societal Environment: An Interdisciplinary and Multifaceted Perspective, held at the Marco Biagi Foundation in Modena, Italy.
