Its focus is on cases on freedom of association/collective bargaining, abolition of child labour, prohibition of forced labour, elimination of discrimination and occupational safety and health. The cases will come from a variety of jurisdictions/bodies and some include a commentary.
The first issue has just appeared, the second issue is close to completion and the third issue is now being planned for publication late in the year.
If you know of any cases from 2015 that would be of interest to consider for inclusion, please inform the managing editor, Dr. Julie McBride (copied here). The Editor-in-Chief is Paul van der Heijden; I am one of the members of the editorial board.
