New PhD Fellowship at NUI Galway
‘Employment Relations and Labour Law’
The College of Business, Public Policy & Law at NUI Galway invite applications for a PhD fellowship in employment relations and labour law policy. The research project will examine the scope, nature and impact of employment regulation in a number of areas: employee voice, gender equality and transfer of undertakings across both European and national levels. The research design is expected to be qualitative, combining legal policy analysis and case study investigations. Suitable candidates will have a relevant degree with a completed Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. industrial relations, employment law and policy, human resource management, other cognate social science discipline).
Expected start date: September/October 2014
Stipend: €16,000
