For the purpose of this call, to maintain geographical balance within the Committee of Experts in its current composition, expressions of interest are only invited from nationals of Northern, Western and Central African countries.

Members are appointed in a personal capacity by the ILO Governing Body, based on criteria of independence, impartiality and technical expertise, for a three-year term, renewable for maximum four additional terms.

Qualified persons who wish to be considered for these vacancies should send a confidential letter expressing their interest, including a statement outlining the reasons and motivation for the application, together with a detailed CV describing their relevant experience for this position. Expressions of interest must be submitted electronically to CEACRvacancy@ilo.org.

The closing date for the submission of applications is 23 February 2024.
