Dispatches Section of CLLPJ


The Dispatches Section of the CLLPJ welcomes submissions on new developments in labour law across topics and jurisdictions. A dispatch is a brief essay, ordinarily not to exceed 2500 words (inclusive of in-text citations, footnotes and references), describing a significant development in national labour law: legislative, judicial, administrative. The importance of the development in domestic context should be explained; the reasons for transnational interest might be suggested. Submissions on emerging topics such as artificial intelligence or just transition are particularly welcome.

Proposed dispatches should be submitted to us by e-mail. Dispatches are not peer reviewed, but are subject to review and approval by us as Dispatches Editors and the General Editors (Valerio de Stefano and Sara Slinn). The contact details are:
