I am pleased to inform you that the new edition of the Italian Labour Law e-Journal is now on-line at https://illej.unibo.it.

The journal aims at the advancement of comparative studies on current labour law topics. It is open-access and peer-reviewed, published in English on a biannual basis.

The present issue is dedicated to the traditional topic “Who is an employee?”, addressed in the light of the ongoing transformation of work. It includes also a miscellaneous section reserved to spontaneous submissions, which are very welcome for the next issues.
