The Faculty of Social and Economic Relations of Alexander Dubček University in Trenčín mainly focuses on employment relationships in the context of HR activities, formation of the European labour market and labour migration, flexible forms of employment and employment issues of public service. It follows two field of studies: Human Resources and Personnel Management and Public Administration.

The two academic members are Professor Andrej Poruban and Professor Magdaléna Tupá.
