Dr Hotvedt is part of the Arfa-project, Building Labour Law. She is the head of the Labour Law group at the University of Oslo, the Faculty of Law’s forum for research on Labour Law and Working Life. Dr Hotvedt is part of a Nordic, cross-disciplinary research project: The future of work: Opportunities and challenges for the Nordic models, where she leads the work in Pillar VI: Labour law & regulations.
