She defended her doctoral dissertation written under the supervision of Professor Andrzej Świątkowski, phD, entitled: Freedom of association partneróin social labour law in 2015 at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Faculty of Labour Law and Social Policy of the Faculty of Labour and Social Policy of the Labour Law and Administration of the Labour Office of Labour Law.
In the years 2015-2018, she was employed as an assistant professor at the E. Lipiński School of Law, Economics and Medical Sciences in Kielce.
