Directors and Board Members in Europe:
Reflections on Their Status and Consequent Legal Implications
7 and 9 June 2021 - h 13.30-15.30 free of charge via Zoom
ARROW (Aarhus Research Group of Regulation) of Work is glad to invite you to attend its first webinar series, ‘Directors and Board Members in Europe: Reflections on Their Status and Consequent Legal Implications’, which will take place online on 7 and 9 June, both events starting at 13.30 and finishing at 15.30 CEST.
ARROW is the first labour and employment law research group in Denmark. It aims also to overcome the limits of labour law and opens to cross-fertilising reflections on themes that concern other areas of law - at national, European and international levels. With such a goal, we have decided to start a project with an explorative webinar series on the legal implications of the status of directors and board members, an interdisciplinary investigation on a topic that seems rather underestimated in scholarship.
