Aarhus Research Group on Regulation of Work – ARROW

Aarhus Research Group on Regulation of Work – ARROW, established at the Department of Law (Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University), is the first research group in Denmark to focus on employment and labour law.

Started in late 2019, ARROW aims to establish Aarhus University as a centre of excellence in the Nordic countries on studies concerning individual and collective labour law, at national, European and international level.

ARROW activities aims also to bridge research on labour law with neighbouring areas of law as well as use alternative methodologies. In 2021, ARROW has launched its first research project on ‘The legal implications of the status of directors and board members in Europe’.
