We are excited to announce that abstracts for the 14th ILERA European Congress in Durham can now be submitted.

The 14th ILERA European Congress will be held from 10-12 September 2025 at Durham University Business School, UK. This year's theme is “Navigating challenging times: The role of employment relations in addressing the problems caused by political uncertainty and the effects of Brexit, Covid-19, migration, technological and climate change on the workforce and labour standards.”

Submit your abstracts of the presentation you would like to give at the conference via the conference webpage, i.e. the ILERA 2025 Submission Portal:

The abstract should relate to one of the congresses tracks and contain a maximum of 250 words.

Deadline for submitting abstracts: 31 March 2025

Submission of special session proposals is also open.
