From a workshop held at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, a collection of peer reviewed papers has now been published in (2020) Vol. 17(1) of the International Organizations Law Review. The special issue was edited by Franz Christian Ebert and Tonia Novitz, with contributions from Janelle M. Diller, Henner Gött, Gabriele Buchholz, Joo-Cheong Tham and K D Ewing, Reingard Zimmer, Petra Herzfeld Olsson, Antonio Garcia-Muñoz Alhambra, Beryl Ter Haar and Attila Kun. The introduction is on open access, as is the article by Alhambra, Ter Har and Kun on 'Harnessing Public Institutions for Labour Law Enforcement'. The same issue contains an important (independently submitted) article by Francis Maupain: 'A Second Century for What? The ILO at a Regulatory Crossroad'.
