GREEN TRANSITION AND THE ROLE OF WORKERS’ REPRESENTATIVES

Description

This book is the result of a collaboration between AIDLaSS, the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute, and the University of Göttingen, in the context of the 40th Pontignano Seminar. The Pontignano Seminar is an international forum for comparative labour law, founded by a group of labour lawyers from Italy, France, Germany, and the UK. The jubilee edition, which focused on ‘Green Transition and the Role of Workers’ Representatives’, brought together senior academics and PhD students from across Europe to discuss national perspectives within the EU context. The resulting publication contains country reports, comparative analyses and group discussions that reflect the current state of labour law in light of environmental and social transformation.
