We are pleased to invite the academic and research community to participate in this international course, connected to the ATRAE – GREENSOCIAL project: “Multiple Dimensions of the Just Green Transition and Social Rights.”
This event aims to critically and interdisciplinarily examine the progress, challenges, and setbacks of the just ecological transition, particularly in the fields of Labour Law and Administrative Law.
💡 Key topics to be addressed include:
• The impact of environmental policies on employment
• Protection of workers in the face of climate emergencies
• Social dialogue and green collective bargaining
• Regulatory challenges of the just ecological transition for Labour and Administrative Law
• Analysis of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)
📚 Thematic areas for paper submissions:
✔ Due diligence, sustainability, and fundamental labour rights
✔ Administrative law challenges of the ecological transition
✔ Labour and Social Security Law in the context of climate change
✔ Green jobs and sustainable employment policies
✔ Social dialogue and green collective bargaining
✔ Occupational risk prevention and climate change

✔ Sustainable mobility
🌍 Accepted languages: Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese
📖 Selected contributions will be published in an open-access monograph

• Notification of acceptance: May 10, 2026
• Submission of full papers: until June 20, 2026
