The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites proposals for a consultancy to support the development of a model labour law curriculum and delivery of research training under the “Advancing Decent Work in Bangladesh (ADWIB)” project.
This initiative aims to enhance the integration of International Labour Standards (ILS) into legal education and empower university faculty with innovative teaching and research methodologies.
🔍 Scope of Work Includes:
- Desk Review of existing curricula and ILS resources, leading to an inception report.
- Curriculum Bootcamp and stakeholder consultations with university faculty, UGC, and national experts.
- Collaborative Drafting of curriculum content and Training of Trainers (ToT) modules.
- Development of a short certificate course on ILS to institutionalize outreach and learning.
📅 Timeline Highlights: Activities scheduled for Q4 2025, with deliverables due between September and December 2025. There is a possibility of contract extension or additional assignments, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding or evolving programmatic needs.
